With lived experience of loss, grief, trauma, travel trauma, anxiety and cancer, I have a passion to offer supports for those who may feel alone on their life journey or need a safe space to be seen and heard and express themselves in a safe non-judgmental space. Everyone is unique and has their own unique life story and experience to share.

My area of focus is children and adolescents for any life challenges that they may be facing including focus areas such as ADHD, Autism, ODD, grief and loss, bullying among other challenges.
